Service Rates

The current hourly rates are:

• Occupational Therapy – $210.00 + GST
• Speech Pathology – $210.00 + GST

How Appointment Fees Are Structured

Your initial appointment will run for 45 minutes in total.

There’s also 30 minutes allocated for administrative time, during which your practitioner will plan your session ahead of time, document the details of your session afterwards, plan future interventions, and send any relevant information to you or anyone else as required.

Follow-up appointments are either 30 or 45 minutes long, based on the intervention required and your preference.

If you require us to travel to you, this is charged at $210.00 + GST per hour and $1.00 + GST per km travelled.

Total Cost Per Appointment

45-minute appointment + 30 minutes non-face-to-face administrative time = $292.05 inclusive of GST (no travel included).

30-minute appointment + 30 minutes non-face-to-face administrative time = $231.00 inclusive of GST (no travel included).

Medicare and Private Health Rebates

DLS Allied Health does not process Medicare or Private Health rebates, but you will receive a copy of your invoice via email, and you may be able to request a rebate using this invoice.

DLS Allied Health makes no guarantees as to whether you will receive a rebate or not.
